1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

 


2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

 


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Astrobargain is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@astrobargain.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
